CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING, CANCELLATION & PAYMENT TERMS (REQUIRED) By booking an appointment and signing/accepting this agreement, I agree: 1. Card on file + authorization I authorize Vered Salon to store my card on file and charge it for approved services performed, any required deposit/prepayment, and any fees due under these policies. 2. Deposits / Prepayments (amount varies) Some appointments (including extensions and/or color correction) may require a non-refundable deposit or prepayment, based on the service type and time reserved. Any required deposit amount will be shown to me before I confirm my booking and is applied to my service total unless otherwise stated. 3. 48-hour cancellation / reschedule policy I understand my appointment time is reserved exclusively for me. I agree to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If I cancel or reschedule late, I authorize the Salon to charge the following fees to my card on file (based on the time reserved and services booked): • Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service estimate (minimum $100) • Same-day cancellation: 75% of the scheduled service estimate • No-show: 100% of the scheduled service estimate 4. Late arrivals (grace period) We offer a 10-minute grace period. If I arrive more than 10 minutes late, services may be shortened/adjusted or rescheduled. If rescheduling is necessary due to lateness, it may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee. 5. No refunds on completed services I understand services are not refundable once performed. If I’m dissatisfied, I agree to notify the Salon within 48 hours so the Salon can evaluate whether an adjustment is appropriate. 6. Billing disputes / chargebacks If I have a billing concern, I agree to contact the Salon first to attempt resolution. I understand I cannot waive rights for truly unauthorized or fraudulent charges; however, if I file a chargeback for services that were booked and provided/authorized, I authorize the Salon to submit documentation to the bank/processor (this signed agreement, appointment records, consultation notes, communications, and any applicable photos). I understand I remain responsible for valid charges and any fees resulting from a wrongful chargeback.
